| The winning steak continues for our womens team. Following their 1-0 victory over VE to clinch the PA State Amateur Cup, they have gone on to win the Women's Major championship of the United Soccer League, as well as defending their National Donauschwaben Soccer Tournament title in Cleveland, by defeating teams from Detroit, Windsor, Cleveland, Akron and Mansfield. Congrats! Keep up the good work. |

Women's Soccer Team Tournament Game - June 22nd - 12pm
The women's team is competing against New York on June 22nd at noon at the UGH field, continuing on in the national tournament. They won their regionals on JUne 1st against New Jersey. So, come out and support our team.

Germans in America - WHYY Special - June 29th - 3:30-7:30PM
Our local PBS affiliate, WHYY Channel 12, will be airing a special entitled "Germans In America" on Sunday, June 29th from 3:30 until 7:30pm. The special will be all 4 episodes, back-to-back.

Club Picnic / Pig Roast - July 13th
It's Fred Gauss' favorite time of year. Bring out the pig, put on your best Hawaiian shirt, and bring your appetite. It's summer party time, and what better place to enjoy it than at the club.

Theo Gauss Memorial Soccer Tournament - August 17th
Soccer and the club seem to go hand in hand, especially on this day. The club will be holding an all day soccer tournament in honor of father/grandfather and founding member Theo Gauss. Come out and enjoy some of the best soccer around.

Tag Der Donauschwaben - August 24th
Get geared up for the upcoming Oktoberfest season by celebrating the annual Tag Der Donauschwaben with us. This is our most attended and most exciting event of the year, with live music and dancing, as well as contests and of course, food. Bring an appetite and a designated driver.

German American Day - September 27th through October 6th
German American Day is not just a day, but a full 10 days of activities! The activities kick off with the annual Steuben Day Parade, and rock on until German American Day on October 6th.
