Bylaws
After an extensive review process, on March 16, 2026, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the club's Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. The updated Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are now pending approval of the general membership. A final vote on the amended Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation by the general membership will take place at the General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
